Take your yoga practice on the water with stand up paddle board yoga with Joonbug Yoga at Alderbrook Resort and Spa!

Our all levels yoga session offers seated, spinal and standing yoga poses with a lovely guided meditation and breath work at the end of each session. Rent a board and paddle or bring your own! Some paddle experience is required.

Time: 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm

Dates: Sunday, August 23rd, 2026

Cost: $75.00 per person with paddle board and paddle rental (we are limited to 10 SUPs and paddles)

or

$47.00 per person with your own paddle board and paddle

Pre-registration is required by August 13th, 2026 for the August 23rd event.

10 participants minimum to hold the session. Please register at least 24 hours prior to the event dates.
