Alderbrook Resort and Spa Private Sessions for Guests
Are you hosting an event or staying at Alderbrook Resort and Spa? Add a private yoga session to rejuvenate your family, friends or co-workers! Please contact the front desk to reserve a private session with Michelle Pugh on the waterfront checkerboard or stand-up paddle board yoga in the warmer months or a cozy class indoors during the cooler months.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga
This is a special offering designed for those who have experienced trauma or PTSD. Trauma sensitive yoga is a practice that acknowledges the impact of trauma and offers a supportive environment for individuals to explore a gentle approach to yoga that promotes safety and healing.
Breathing exercises, yoga postures and guided meditation is offered throughout the practice to help calm the nervous system and bring the body, mind and spirit into balance. Michelle offers herbal teas, medicinal oils, aromatherapy and sound healing bowls are offered as needed for each session.
Michelle currently shares weekly Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TSY) at the Nisqually Indian Tribe. She has been a domestic violence advocate teaching TSY at the Chehalis Tribe and Turning Pointe Advocacy Center in Shelton, Washington since 2018. Michelle offers private sessions by appointment.
Cost: $175.00 per person for a 75 minute session. Please contact Michelle for group rates and availability.
