Yoga and Herbs Classes at the Salmon Center

Yoga & Herbs Fall Series!

  • 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of herbs

  • Handouts will be provided and a take-home product will be provided to all participants each class

Cost: $35.00 per person per class

Time: 6:00 - 7:00 pm on the following dates: 

  • Thursday, September 24th, 2026 - Savory Herbal Oil Infusion Making with Thyme, Rosemary and Oregano (use fresh or dried herbs to make infused oils for cooking and medicinal products)

  • Thursday, October 29th, 2026 - Herbal Salve Making using the Oil Infusions listed above for medicinal use (as an aid to sore muscles, skin conditions, inflammation, etc.)

  • Thursday, November 19th, 2026 - Herbal Tea Blending with Peppermint, Lemon balm, Lavender and more!  (make a delicious herbal tea using dried herbs grown this season)

Private Group Yoga and Herbs Classes

Enjoy a special yoga and herbs class tailored to your group that includes a gentle yoga, breath work and guided meditation session to bring a sense of grounding and self care. We follow the yoga class with plant identification, tips on growing, harvesting and tending plants.

Yoga and Herbs sessions may include making herbal teas, salve, infused oil, elderberry syrup, lip balm or body butter, wild edible/forest to table sampling, etc.
