Fall Equinox Yoga Workshop at Alderbrook Resort and Spa

This cozy indoor offering will be held in the Olympic Ballroom West at Alderbrook Resort and Spa!

Welcome the shift of seasons from Summer to Fall with supportive and gentle holistic healing practices that soothe the body, mind and spirit including:

• Gentle all levels yoga and guided yoga Nidra Meditation with a Fall theme

• Sound healing with crystal bowls designed to balance the chakras/energy centers

• Herbal self care support and self massage techniques for deep rest and rejuvenation

Date: Sunday, September 20th, 2026

Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Cost: $65.00 per person. A percentage of the proceeds from this workshop will be donated to the Salmon Center.
