Fall Equinox Yoga Workshop at Alderbrook Resort and Spa

This cozy indoor offering will be led by Michelle Pugh, Owner of Joonbug Yoga and held in the Olympic Ballroom West at Alderbrook Resort and Spa!

Welcome the shift of seasons from Summer to Fall with supportive and gentle holistic healing practices that soothe the body, mind and spirit including:

• Gentle All Levels Yoga

• Journaling

• Herbal Body Butter Making (make a take home soothing body butter with Fall scent essential oils)

• Yoga Nidra Meditation with a Fall theme

• Sound Healing with crystal bowls designed to balance the chakras/energy centers

• Aromatherapy and more!

Date: Sunday, September 20th, 2026

Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Cost: $65.00 per person. A percentage of the proceeds from this workshop will be donated to the Salmon Center.
