SOLD OUT! May 31st Full Blue Moon Yoga at Alderbrook Resort and Spa

Details: Celebrate the full moon with yoga at 7 pm! This 90-minute class includes an all levels full moon theme yoga practice with focus on releasing, letting go and making room for positive energy inside and out. We end the class with mantra, guided yoga Nidra meditation (yogic sleep) and sound healing to ease our way into the evening. Class is led by Michelle Pugh, owner of Joonbug Yoga!

The resort supplies a lovely infused water and yoga mats for use during the class or bring your own yoga props for additional comfort.

Please check in at the front desk upon arrival for the class location. Class is held inside of the resort on cooler days or outside on the waterfront during the warmer months.

The full moon yoga class is open to everyone and pre-registration is required. No drop-ins due to space limitations.

Cost: $35.00 per person.

Registration: Please pre-register on the website prior to the event. You will receive a message after sending the payment to confirm your registration. If you would like to register and pay upon arrival, please email Michelle at joonbugyoga@gmail.com to reserve your space and pay at the class.
