February 27th Myofascial Release Yoga Workshop at the Civic Center

Start the new year with myofascial release yoga class at the Civic Center!

This nourishing class will help to improve mobility, enhance recovery and increase range of motion by targeting deep muscle tension, leaving you feeling like you’ve had a massage. We will combine gentle yoga postures with self-applied massage rolling using yoga therapy balls for support to release restrictions in the fascia (connective tissue).

Details: Joonbug Yoga will supply the yoga therapy ball sets for use during class or bring your own. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or additional yoga props for added comfort. Beginners are welcome!

Cost: $35/person
