Nov 24th Full Hunter's Moon Yoga at Alderbrook Resort and Spa

Upcoming Class: Beaver Moon - Tuesday, November 24, 2026

Celebrate the full moon with yoga at 7 pm at our indoor cozy candlelit class inside of the resort in the Twanoh Room with the fireplace!

This 90-minute class includes an all levels full moon theme yoga practice with focus on releasing, letting go and making room for positive energy inside and out. We end the class with mantra, guided yoga Nidra meditation (yogic sleep) and sound healing to ease our way into the evening. Class is led by Michelle Pugh, owner of Joonbug Yoga!

• The resort supplies a lovely infused water and yoga mats for use during the class or bring your own yoga props for additional comfort.

• Please check in at the front desk upon arrival for the class location. Classes are held inside of the resort during Fall and Winter and outside on the waterfront lawn in late Spring and Summer.

• The class open to everyone and pre-registration is required. No drop-ins due to space limitations.

• Our classes in October, November and December will be held in the Twanoh room and are limited to 25 participants. Save your space soon!

Cost: $35.00 per person.

Registration: Please pre-register on the website prior to the event. You will receive a message after sending the payment to confirm your registration. If you would like to register and pay upon arrival, please email Michelle at joonbugyoga@gmail.com to reserve your space and pay at the class.
