Flow yoga 3 welcomes Vinyasa style yoga that moves fluidly through yoga poses in the first half of class then longer holds for relaxation toward the end of the practice. Deep stretches for hips, low back and shoulders are introduced throughout the practice. The class is sequenced for beginning and experienced students with modifications offered throughout the class.
