Our Studio

Joonbug Yoga is Shelton's premier yoga studio established in 2010 and nominated for business of the year by the Shelton Mason County Chamber of Commerce in 2014! Our studio is located at 218 and 220 Cota St. Shelton, WA 98584. We offer a lobby, restroom and studio space with amenities including water, tea, yoga mats, blocks, chairs, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows for your comfort. Our expansive lobby entrance offers space to relax in front of our cozy fireplace. Join us for group or private yoga and Pilates (restarts May 1st, 2015!) classes and workshops for adults and children or sign up for our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Modifications are provided throughout our classes as we bring focus inward and embrace the many benefits of moving mindfully with breath work while respecting and listening to our bodies. Your Yoga Practice

Our classes are for everyone and every body! We offer a variety of classes from beginning to advanced so that you receive the most out of your experience. If you're unsure which class is right for you, please ask by calling or emailing prior to attending. Arrive with 100% intention and welcome the feeling tone of balance that movement, breath and relaxation can bring to your body, mind and spirit. Please leave self judgement, competition and all worries at the door. Step into the studio with an open mind and a light heart – ready to experience health and wellness. Focus inward during class and most importantly, have fun and “let go”! Practicing yoga on an empty stomach is suggested. Eating a light meal 1.5-2 hours prior to class or a light snack 30 minutes before class will enhance your practice. Hydrate with water throughout the day prior to attending class. Dress comfortably in layers. Bring your own yoga mat or use our yoga mats (our mat cleaner is available after use), blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, chairs and eye pillows with assistance of the instructor.
