Michelle is a certified Myofascial Release for Yoga and Wellness practitioner and offers this unique practice as a private group session or one on one for best results. Michelle uses Yoga Tune Up® (YTU) Balls and other props during the yoga practice. These tools are designed to safely provide maximum benefits for your soft tissues and joints.
