Whether you are new to yoga or advanced, having one on one assistance encourages safe alignment, use of breath and fine tuning your postures will deepen your yoga practice. Drop-ins welcome to our yoga class designed for all levels of experience held on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. weekly. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle to hydrate and blanket for added comfort. Cost is $20.00 per person for a drop-in class (exact cash or checks to Joonbug Yoga). All are welcome!
