Yoga at Olympia Golf and Country Club

Join us for yoga with Michelle from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday mornings weekly! Practice beginning yoga breathing techniques and postures to improve flexiblity, strength and balance. We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat (some yoga mats are provided) and dress in layers for added comfort. Class is held next to the exercise room with a waterfront view. Yoga classes are open to OGCC club members only.

Yoga for Myofascial Release

Roll and release through this deep tissue yoga practice!

Breathe and let go during this special 60 or 90 minute yoga session designed to release tension in the fascia and muscles! Michelle is a certified Myofascial Release for Yoga and Wellness practitioner and offers this unique practice as a private group session or one on one for best results. Michelle uses Yoga Tune Up® (YTU) Balls and other props during the yoga practice. These tools are designed to safely provide maximum benefits for your soft tissues and joints.
