Details - Join us for yoga on Tuesday (ladies class), Wednesday (mens class), Thursday (ladies and mens class) with Michelle and Saturday (ladies and mens) mornings with Tiffany! We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat (some yoga mats are provided) and dress in layers for added comfort. Class is held next to the exercise room with a waterfront view. Yoga classes are open to club members only.

Join us on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. for our 60 minute water yoga class held in the pool with a view of Mount Ranier at the Olympia Golf and Country Club. Drop-ins welcome (no experience necessary)! Class is open to club members only.

Request a private yoga session for friends, family or co-workers at your location!

Schedule a private yoga session for yourself or a group to fit your lifestyle! Whether you are new to yoga or advanced, having one on one assistance encourages safe alignment, use of breath and fine tuning your postures will deepen your yoga practice. Private land and stand-up paddle board yoga sessions are available for Alderbrook Resort and Spa guests on site by contacting Michelle Pugh at (360) 556-6205 or email joonbugyoga@gmail.com.

Schedule your private yoga session at your location (ie. schools, corporate events, home school groups, daycares and schools, kids camps, birthday and wedding parties, bridal showers and other special events) by contacting Michelle for more information. Pre-registration is required for all S.U.P. yoga sessions by contacting Michelle at (360) 556-6205 or email joonbugyoga@gmail.com. Space is limited to 8 participants per session. Please see our rates page for private S.U.P. yoga sessions. The board rental fee is $20.00 per person per board on weekdays and $25.00 per person per board on weekends and holidays. The board rental fee will be added to the private yoga session total per person upon arrival (ie. $65.00 per person for a 60 minute private session + $20.00 for 1 board rental on a week day).

Please check in at the front desk upon arrival and pay Michelle directly for the class (exact cash, credit/debit or checks to Joonbug Yoga). No experience is necessary. Class is held on the Alderbrook Resort and Spa waterfront next to the dock.
