This is a gentle yoga class with the support of chairs held at the Skokomish Indian Tribe Community Center on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. led by Michelle Pugh. Class is open to tribal members only. No experience necessary and modifications are offered throughout the class. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle for added comfort. Please contact John Gouley for more information.

Lunch hour yoga for every body!

This is a beginning level yoga class format held at the Squaxin Island Tribe gym on Tuesdays at Noon!

 
This is a beginning level yoga class format held at the Squaxin Island Tribe on Tuesdays at Noon in the gym. Class is open to tribal members and non-tribal members. No experience necessary and modifications are offered throughout the class. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle for added comfort. Please contact Melissa Puhn for more information. No class on June 18th, 2019. Classes will move to the Squaxin Island Tribal Garden starting July 9th, 2019. $10.00 per person upon arrival. Checks to Joonbug Yoga. A percentage of the proceed from the class will go toward the garden supply fund. Volunteering before or after class is suggested. 
Location - Squaxin Island Tribe gym is located at 10 SE Squaxin Lane, Shelton, WA  98584. The garden is located at 541 W State Route 108, Shelton, WA 98584-7218.
